Friday, MAY 31, 10:00- 11:30 am: History of Red Feather Lakes 102 Series
Part 1 Historic Red Feather Village walking tour. Join us for a walk with a historical narrative of sites in the RFL Village. Meet at Red Feather Lakes Library weather permitting.
Cost: Free.
RSVP by May 30th.
Co-sponsored by the RFL Community Library and the RF Historical Society.

Friday, June 7, 2013, 5:00-9:00 pm: Annual Dinner & Speaker
Western Ridge Restaurant – We will be in the Barn.
Get into character & wear your Western duds.
Happy Hour 5:00 pm – Cash Bar
Dinner – 6:00 pm
Cost: $16.00
Annual Meeting – 7:00 pm
Enjoy an exciting chapter of the American West with our program on the “Pony Express Rider” portrayed by EVA SUE LITTLETON starting at 7:30 pm.

Wednesday, JUNE 19, 9:00 am-3:00 pm: Avery House and Fort Collins Museum Tours
Avery House at 10:00 am and the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery at 1:00. We plan to eat at the Historic Silver Grill Cafe for lunch at 11:30. Meet at the Glacier View office area at 9:00 am to car pool to Fort Collins.
Cost: $10 (Includes Museum fees).
RSVP by June 14.

Wednesday, JULY 17, 8:00 – 4:00: Historic MacGregor Ranch & Estes Park Museum
Ranch tour at 10:00 am, lunch at Estes Lake Park and then Museum tour at 1:00 pm. Meet at the Glacier View office area at 8:30 am to car pool to the ranch. Bring water, sunscreen, sack lunch, wear hat and good walking shoes.
Cost: $10.

Saturday, JULY 27, 10:00 am-12:00 pm: History of Red Feather Lakes 102
Red Feather History 102, Series Part 2 – Original Homes Architecture and Historic Sites driving tour of the area. Meet at the Red Feather Robinson Cabin across from the RFL Library where we will car pool.
Cost: Free
RSVP by June 26th (or just show up)

Saturday, AUGUST 10, 1:00-3:00 pm: Archaeology CSI Program with Abe Thompson
Test your detective skills as Abe will bring artifacts from the historical Manhattan town site and gives us insight into how archaeologists turn things people left behind (artifacts) into information about past peoples’ lives. Meet at RFL Community Library at 1:00 pm and with weather permitting we will do some modern day CSI at the Robinson Cabin.
Cost: Free

Wednesday, AUGUST 21, 9:00 am-3:00 pm: Historical Glacier View Tour by  Lucille Schmitt
We will tour several sites in Glacier and enjoy a box lunch at Western Ridge.
Cost: $10 per person which covers the tour and lunch.
RSVP by August 16.

Date to be determined – SEPTEMBER 8:30 am – 5:00 pm The Meadows Tour
Meet at the RF Historical Society Cabin in Red Feather Lakes at 8:30 AM. In order to attend this tour you must have read The Meadow by James Galvin. Bring snacks & lunch. There are not any restroom facilities on this trip so you will have to tree or bush it. 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles only so we will need to carpool.
Cost $5.00.
