RFL POA Buildings/Fire Barn Upper Room/Red Feather Rustic

Booth Fees:
$50 Single Space – Approx. 6 x 8 feet – No more than 2 spaces allowed per vendor
$30 Card table size – Size 4×4 – You provide your own table
$5  8 Foot Table Rental – 2 chairs per booth provided with or without table rental
$5  Electricity

$5.00 charge for online orders for the credit card processing fee.

Set up time:
Friday, December 6, 1:00 – 4:00 PM
(Buildings are locked overnight, but no security is provided)

Saturday, December 7 , 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

You will be notified by email (or phone if you do not have email) your space reserved when  your registration and payment have been received

Cancellation Policy:
We will refund your money only in case of an emergency one week in advance. No Refunds due to flu or weather unless the fair is canceled.
